On the afternoon of September 26, Wu Xinxiong, Vice Chairman of National Development and Reform Commission and Chief of National Energy Administration met with Edward Davey, British Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change in Beijing. The two sides conducted a comprehensive exchange of views on China-UK cooperation in nuclear energy, offshore wind power, oil and gas, renewed the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Energy Administration of China and Department of Energy and Climate Change of the UK on Strengthening Energy Cooperation and signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Energy Administration of China and UK Trade & Investment on China-UK Offshore Wind Power Cooperation.
