Xi said he attaches great importance to the development of China-Mozambique relations and is ready to work with President-elect Daniel Francisco Chapo to take the implementation of the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation as an opportunity to carry forward traditional friendship, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and continuously push for new developments in the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries, so as to deliver greater benefits to people of both countries.
