On 27 November 2024, H.E. Ambassador Zheng Zeguang met with Scott McDonald, Chief Executive of the British Council. They shared views on how to further deepen exchange and cooperation in culture and education between China and the UK. Ambassador Zheng congratulated the British Council on its 90th anniversary and expressed appreciation to the Council for its contributions to promoting collaboration in culture and education between the two countries.

Chief Executive McDonald said that the British Council has always valued its partnership with the Chinese side, and will continue to promote bilateral cooperation in education and culture.
