On 21 September 2021, Ambassador Zheng Zeguang had a video meeting with Dr. John Chipman, Director-General of International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and Nigel Inkster, Senior Adviser for Cyber Security of IISS. They had a good exchange of views on IISS's cooperation with the Chinese Embassy and issues of mutual interest.
